CONSULTING SERVICES
Consulting services are available to address a variety of needs. Whether you're launching a project, in the midst of one, or just trying to brainstorm how to get one going, I'm here to help you plan, troubleshoot, and, when needed, pivot or redirect.
To book, please email me and include which service you are interested in, a brief outline of your consulting goals, how you would like me to help with your inquiry, and other pertinent details related to your request (show name, budget size, union affiliations, specific problems you need solved, etc.). Please include any available links related to you and/or your project.
After reviewing your information, if I believe I can assist, I will reach out with a required pre-consultation questionnaire and information on how to schedule a meeting. If I determine that I'm not the best person for your specific situation, I will do my best to point you in the right direction.
Consulting Services Available:
45-Minute Executive Strategy Session - $100
This service is specifically for directors who have a show/project in mind and are ready to make it happen. The session includes a budget review/audit, guidance on developing a fundraising roadmap, brainstorming your pitch, and a review of basic contract and licensing needs.
1-Hour Project Deep Dive - $150
This one-hour deep dive into a current or planned project is designed for directors seeking comprehensive review and feedback. Each session is tailored to your specific interests and includes a personalized project review, including concept, scope, finances, fundraising realities, timeline, anticipated challenges, and other topics of your choice. Recommended for active projects or those in the midst of launching one, this is a great option for students who have completed Self-Producing for Directors and want to take their final project to the next level.
Show Consulting - $175 per hour (3-hour minimum) / Special rates available if requiring more than 6 hours
Show consulting is tailored to each production's unique requirements. I can help you go from a blank budget to opening night, or assist you with a brief, one-off challenge that requires temporary support. During our initial meeting, we will spend up to one hour reviewing your production, discussing your goals and expectations for consulting services, and developing a plan of action designed to deliver on your needs. This service is available in 3-hour blocks.
General Consulting - $175 per hour
General consulting services are available on a per-hour basis. Topics range from IP development to career planning, and problem-solving to acting classes for business professionals. Please contact me to get things going.
Current and former students are eligible for a 15% discount on all consulting services.
THE FINE PRINT

Fees for consultation services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Services purchased do not expire. A brief email pre-consultation questionnaire is required. In-person meetings are available in New York City. Unless otherwise arranged, consultations are conducted via Zoom.
